Toto was abandoned on the Bilu Junction. He was tied to a parking car with a note with his name on his collar. He’s a very good-natured, calm and shy dog. He’s still a bit afraid of people, probably because of the trauma of having been abandoned by his owners. He suffers very much from being in the shelter and needs lots of love and attention.
