Tammy is one of the veterans of the shelter, she arrived in 2004. She was tied to the shelter gate with a note saying that she had been found abandoned in the street. It looked as if she had just given birth to puppies. Tammy is a gentle dog who should live indoors; she loves to eat. Even though she is a lovely dog, her chances of finding a home are slim because she is elderly and black, while most people prefer young light-colored dogs.
