Russel, male
Age: 1.5 years
Russel was born in moshav Amirim in northern Israel, to a three-legged poodle mother. He was abandoned and brought to the Bashan Kennel Shelter in the Upper Galilee. When that shelter started overflowing with abandoned animals in the wake of the second Lebanon war, we brought Russel to Rehovot. He used to share a cage with another male dog, so he probably gets along well with other males.
