| Found a home, February 2006 Peggy,
spayed female
Age: 1 year
Peggy is a medium-sized dog who was locked up in the Rehovot quarantine,
probably because she had been found abandoned in the street. Since no
one came to claim her she was about to be put to sleep. But luck smiled
at Peggy: a woman who knew that the dog had been collected by the authorities
called the shelter and asked us to rescue the dog. Shelter workers took
Peggy in, and she’s now waiting to be adopted. She has a pleasant
temper and is great with kids.
