Oz is a good-natured dog who has suffered severe abuse. He was forced to participate in dog fights in which he had to fight for his life. His body bears scars, and his right ear has been cut off. He was found abandoned, shivering from cold and fear, on a hill between Rishon Lezion and Ness Ziona. He spent some time with a foster family who couldn’t keep him because he tried to attack the cats in their yard. Now Oz is at our shelter, and his confidence in himself and in the world is gradually returning. He gets along great with people and other dogs, but as mentioned earlier, not with cats. He is waiting for a warm home that will give him the stability and love he so badly needs.
