Julie was adopted from our shelter as a puppy, but her owners have lately abandoned her. She’s a good-natured and happy dog. She has amazing talents: she can climb a wire fence like a cat. Fortunately, she’s not a cat and cannot reach high enough in order to climb over to the other side.
