Julie was found one morning tied to the shelter gate. She had been spayed just a day or two earlier. She’s an energetic dog who needs lots of activity. She gets along well with other dogs in the shelter and is very friendly. The fact that she needs lots of attention is her undoing: she barks a great deal in order to attract attention, and her constant barking puts off people who might have wanted to adopt her.
