| Found a home, December 2008 Snoopy, male Boxer mix Snoopy was found tied to the shelter gate. The woman who brought him there called the shelter to explain that she had found him abandoned in Modi’in, and because her own dog had a contagious disease, she brought Snoopy to us and tied him up as the shelter was closed. Snoopy is a happy and friendly dog, both with people and with other dogs. He has a problem in one of his eyes, probably due to an old scar, but he is able to see with this eye. His former owner must have been a house builder or painter because his collar and coat were covered with paint. Snoopy seems to like paint in general: on his first night in the shelter, he “painted” the floor in our education room by kicking over a bucket of paint. |
